Modernisation of the control system for an air separator facility in the Netherlands

Conceptual design to migrate an old ABB Contronic-P control sytem to Siemens PCS7.
Outlining which hardware will be used for the complete remote IO cabinets, including on-site wiring.
Delivery of control cabinets and wiring of the new facility on site.

Programming of the control system according to client specification and approved by the client.
The project was segmented into the following parts:
- air separator
- Tank farm
- Customer supply network
- Large machines


Statistics:

- 21 PCS7-417-H automation systems
- ~7000 signals
- 3 redundant PCS7 OS Server with 20 clients

Replacement of control system for a purification plant of Bayer Healthcare

Replacement of the old control system of an air separator unit on a purification plant. Outlining of hardware to be used, delivery, installation and commissioning of the entire technology.

Expansion of the existing facility with a nitrogen pressure exit.
Realisation of a control system software based on PCS7 Light, with a remote IO of the ET-200M family
